IN NATURE, EVERYTHING HAS ITS PLACE:
Concerned about the environment and respecting current regulations, all retail outlets for new lead-acid batteries are required to:
(1) Accept a used lead-acid battery free of charge when selling a new one. A used lead-acid battery or a single cell of an industrial lead-acid battery is post-consumer waste when it retains its basic structural elements.
(2) Collect a deposit fee in the fixed amount of PLN 30 per unit and confirm its collection on the deposit fee collection document when the buyer fails to deliver the used lead acid battery at the time of purchasing a new one.
(3) Return the collected deposit fee within 30 days from the date of purchase of the lead-acid battery. The basis for the return of the fee is the delivery of the used lead-acid battery and the document on collection of the deposit fee referred to in item 2
